Hello there, dear friends! I hope you are having a wonderful day, at whichever point in the day you are reading this. When my alarm started beeping on Thursday morning and tried to pull me out of my sleep, the first thought that came into my head was "I can't do this alone". I have no idea why I was thinking that! I don't know if I was dreaming about something when the alarm woke me or if I was just tired. You know those weird things that pop into your head when you're in that stage between sleep and wakefulness? But, that was the thought and I decided I would write about "Not being able to do it alone."
The fact is that I'm never alone. Because even if there are no people around, or on some days when I feel overwhelmed and feel like "I can't do it alone", God is still there. I found this Bible verse and feel like it fits. Just so that you guys know, I don't pore over my Bible looking for these verses. Unfortunately, I don't have the Bible memorized. I love the internet. There are two really good sites that I always go to now when I'm searching for my verses.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
How vast is the sum of them!
Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you."--Psalm 139:1-18
God never said that just because we're believers our lives will be easy. But, he is still there for us no matter what we're going through! We just need to look to him. And really, that's all He wants from us. He wants us to Love Him and Trust Him and to look to Him at every point in our life, both good and bad.
Everyone have a blessed day!
