This is a yummy way to cook chicken. I really don't broil chicken often enough!
With this recipe, I might do it more often.
This recipe is for Boneless Chicken Thighs. I like to buy chicken thighs because I can buy organic and they're not as expensive as Organic chicken breasts. I know a lot of you will say that they're so fatty! But, according to recent research, the saturated fat in dark meat chicken is actually a good-for-you fat. And my husband prefers dark meat over light meat because it doesn't get dried out. This is another recipe I found on Allrecipes.com. It is my go-to source for recipes. I love their star system. I just look for a recipe with the most stars and the most reviews.
You can find the recipe here.
There are only a few ingredients~~easy! And they're probably ingredients that you keep in your house.
Butter
minced garlic
soy sauce
black pepper
dried parsley
The only differences I made were to use an entire head of garlic. Yes! The whole head, instead of measuring out 3 Tbsp. of minced garlic. And, my chicken thighs did not have skin on them. Everything else, I did per the recipe.
It only takes a half hour and dinner is done. Since I have a gas oven with the broiler on bottom, I was able to roast asparagus in the oven at the same time that I broiled the chicken. I simply tossed the asparagus with a little olive oil and put it in the oven for the same amount of time as the chicken. And I doctored up boxed potatoes on the stove. The whole meal was done in a half hour!

Nice! It looks delicious! I'm not a fan of thighs because it doesn't seem like there's as much meat on them. We are a breast family here, but I would bet this recipe might be just as tasty on white meat. I'll give it a try! Thanks for sharing! :)
