Sesame Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

I love roasted cauliflower.  Truthfully, I love roasted anything!   I started roasting cauliflower a couple years ago.  I was cooking Garlic Broiled Chicken again tonight and I had some cauliflower I needed to use.  So, I just stuck the cauliflower in the oven while the chicken was under the broiler.

I also have some sesame seeds that I need to use and I've been trying to come up with recipes for them.
So, I tossed them in this recipe!

1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
1/2 cup oil, I used a combo of olive and canola
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Place cauliflower in 9x13 baker.
Mix oil, soy sauce, garlic and onion powders, sesame seeds and black pepper together and pour over cauliflower.
Mix well until cauliflower is coated.
Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn down to 400 for 10 minutes.  Stir after first 10 minutes.
