Vlog! Fitness Update | Quick Demo of Overhead Press

I decided to try to make vlogs about the machines that I've been working out on for the past 4 1/2 months.  I am NOT a fitness expert.  I'm just showing you what the trainer showed me.  I have a complete fitness update coming soon with the progress I've made since January!  Today I decided to really quickly show you the Nautilus Overhead Press machine.  On the video I said that I can only do one set at 40 pounds.  I usually drop it down to 35 pounds for the last two sets.  I try every now and then to see if I can push it a little bit more.  This is actually one of my most hated machines!!  But, it is one that I need the most.  My workout friend shot the video for me.  Thanks, Jenn!
