I'm not getting any younger. And with my gray hair, I need to be careful to try to keep my skin looking as young as possible. The main points on my face that could use some help right now are the lines around my mouth and the lines around my eyes. So, I was excited when I had the opportunity to try out the Dermagist line. I specifically tried out the Eye Precision System.
The Eye Precision System includes the Eye Revolution Gel and the Instant Effect Lifting Serum. I like that the products are both light-weight gels. They are not heavy creams.
The Eye Revolution gel is supposed to help with dark circles, bags and lines around the eyes. The formula contains peptides and fruit stem cell extracts. What I've been able to find out about peptides is that they can help re-build collagen. As we age, the collagen in our skins stops reproducing.
Here are my before and after pictures of my eye area.
Here's the most recent picture of my eye. I take all of my pictures in the morning before performing any morning beauty rituals.
I feel like the gel made a difference with the lines. I believe they are less noticeable now. I'm not positive what effect it had on my circles. What I like about both of these products is that it goes on well under makeup. I have used "instant lift" products before in the past that cause makeup to be spotty once it goes on. Makeup goes on smooth over these products. And the size that you get is a quite a bit compared to other eye gels that I've used before.
You can see all of the products in the Dermagist line at the Dermagist website.
They include products in these categories:
Anti-aging and Wrinkle
Acne-prone skin
Daily Maintenance
Another interesting thing is that once you become a customer, you receive emails from them. I received an email in October for a FREE item with purchase. The email also said that if I had just purchased and didn't need anything at that point, I could email them and they would extend the offer. I think that's pretty cool.

I've noticed that having grey hair makes healthy skin much more important!
ReplyDeleteSO much more important! Thanks for stopping by! And good luck if you entered!
DeleteI've used eye serums before to help 'lessen' my dark circles. I think it takes a looong time for it to work unless it's like really the magic of magic eye serums. I've given up on getting 'rid' of my bags.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that! Thought it was just me. I hope it works over the long term. :) Good Luck if you entered!
DeleteI like to believe I am aging gracefully however I have always wanted to do something with these dark as night circles under my eyes. Haven't had much luck with low or high end products.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to prevent wrinkles and dryness, and I can overlook the fine lines around my eyes. I've always tried to take care of my skin and I think it's paid off but dang, aging is one persistent foe! :)
ReplyDeletei am trying to prevent from not aging gracefully, but i am really lucky cause i have really good genes. i moisturize everyday and i try my best to keep up with age. so yes i think i am aging gracefully:)
ReplyDeleteI am trying to win this for my mom. I think she's most bothered by age spots.

Up until recently I felt as though I was...all the years of smoking & drinking & late nights, ugh. 31 is still young enough to some prevention.
ReplyDeleteMy crows feet are like your before, maybe a little more pronounced! your after looks amazing! I can totally see the difference!! I would love to try this and see if it works for me too!!
ReplyDeletethank you for the giveaway
EVERYONE HAS TOLD ME I LOOK YOUNG FOR MY AGE. I DO HAVE WRINKLES AND A DEEP LINE ON THE BRIDE OF MY NOSE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO MINIMIZE. Cheryl Abdelnour cjabdelnour@hotmail.com
ReplyDeleteI can accept some wrinkles and loss of elasticity as long as I can still have a youthful glow. That really depends on a good skincare routine. The thing that drives me nuts, though, is the skin on my neck. It has more lines than it used to, and the skin, while not sagging, is much less elastic than it used to be. I can see my neck going the way of my mother's and grandmother's. Noooooo!!!!
ReplyDelete(I suppose that's not very graceful, is it??) :)
Thanks!
