Pizza Rolls made with Egg Roll Wrappers

I've been wanting to try to make pizza rolls.  I thought I'd try it with eggroll wrappers.   We've used the egg roll wrappers before to make egg rolls.  We usually bake ours in the oven instead of frying them.  If you've never used the wrappers before, I usually find mine in the same section where you would find "organic" foods.  It's usually right around the same area as Tofu.
They turned out really yummy.
  Mine still look "powdery" because I forgot to spray them with cooking oil before I cooked them.  I usually spray them and they end up a little crispier.  There are usually 21 wrappers in each package.  We used all of them to make our rolls and the kids ate every last one of them!

All you need is:
1 package egg roll wrappers
1/4 jar of spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
4 oz. of shredded mozzarella
21 slices of pepperoni

Directions:
Spoon one tablespoon of sauce in the middle of the wrapper.
Top with one tablespoon of shredded cheese.
Top with one slice of pepperoni.
Fold according to package directions.
On the last corner that you fold down, wet the wrapper to "seal" it. 
Place folded side down on cooking sheet or stone.

Spray with cooking spray--I forgot this part.  The cooking spray will give it a little extra crunch.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
