Some friends of mine from the Smiley360 blogging circle had an opportunity to brine chickens with Kikkoman soy sauce. I decided to make a compilation post of all of their chickens! Here is how all of their chickens turned out. I can't wait to try this. I'm always looking for new ways to cook chicken. And you can get whole chickens so much cheaper per pound than cut up chicken. Plus, you can use the bones that are left over to make homemade chicken stock to get even more bang for your buck! I've pinned all of their chicken brining posts to a Pin board called "Kikkoman Chicken Brining".
I love that some of them made the basic recipe their own by either omitting some things or adding things. This recipe can be very versatile, but it sounds like it made every bird juicy!

Alicia from The Mama Report said, "What I immediately noticed upon removing this bird from the oven is that it appeared to be juicier than others chickens I’ve cooked."
Allison from Twingle Mommy said, "When I cut into the chicken the juices flowed out. I cannot believe that I was able to cook a chicken that was this juicy!"
Thrifty Mom Reviews and More said, "Once I started carving it you could instantly tell the difference from a non-brined chicken!"
Our Share of Crazy blog had this to say, "Overall it took very little of my time – just a few minutes here and there, and it did the rest of the work on its own. Wonderful recipe and I’m loving the brining!"
Here are the other posts.
