But, I didn't have everything according to the directions. I just used the recipe as a general idea.
Here's what I used instead:
16 oz. of pork sausage
green onions, snipped with kitchen shears
8 oz. of mushrooms, sliced
12 oz. of cottage cheese
8 oz. of lower fat cheddar jack, shredded
I skipped the diced green chile peppers and used less cheese.
I did the flour part the same as the recipe pinned above.
