Meal Plan Monday and Weekly Goals
It's that time again! Time to make and post my meal plan. This has make my life so much easier in the past months. BUT, funny thing. . . . .sometimes I have to come to the blog to figure out what in the world I was supposed to be making for the day. Ha! So, you might be seeing a post about a menu board for my house soon.
This week, this is what our meal plan looks like:
Tuesday: Fish Sandwiches, Hand-cut Oven Fries
Squid & Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Asparagus, Leftovers~~
Thursday: Slow Cooker Beef, Vegetable & Noodle Soup
Friday: Chicken Nuggets, TaterTots & Raw Veggies
Saturday: Ground Turkey Tacos
Sunday: Chicken Fried Rice (I know it's Easter, but we don't do a special dinner)
I'm about to change my mind & go get a ham, though!
Goals this week????
Walk 12 miles~~This seems to be getting trickier & trickier!! Hopefully my hip AND the weather will cooperate this week.
Finish organizing the fabric in the craft room.
Finally Spring Clean the Living Room!!! (Did the craft room last week instead of living room)
Other than that, I don't think I'm going to get much done. Spring Break starts Friday and we'll be coloring eggs with friends.
