Becoming one is easy. All you have to do is register on a mystery shopping website. Be careful that it is a legitimate company, however. Some scammers attempt to trick people into fraudulent mystery shopper schemes. If you are getting emails from a company claiming they will pay you hundreds of dollars per shop, you should be very suspicious.



A legitimate mystery shopper company will give you specific directions about what to buy and ask you to provide detailed documentation about the services that you received. They will then reimburse you for the product that you purchased and also reward you with some additional compensation - typically five to fifteen dollars per shop. People who mystery shop on a regular basis may
make a few hundred dollars per month. 


Taking Surveys


There are numerous survey websites online that cater to companies who want to find out information about their customers' likes and dislikes. Political polling firms may use the websites as well. Taking surveys can be an easy and fun way to earn some extra income. Like being a mystery shopper, it is very important to thoroughly research online survey companies to make sure that they are legitimate. 

Dog Walker 


If you love dogs and know how to properly care for them, becoming a professional dog walker could be the perfect opportunity for you. Dog walkers typically charge $10 to $20 for their services, depending on the market. Becoming a dog walker can give you a fun opportunity to interact with many different types of dogs.

Referee

If you are a sports expert, consider offering your services to officiate a few games. Refereeing can be an exciting and interesting way to experience the sport that you love. Many youth leagues are consistently searching for people who are willing to officiate. You will likely be paid somewhere in the range of $30 per game. 

Babysitter

If you love children, babysitting could be the ideal part time gig for you. If you have friends with small children, let them know that you are available. You can also advertise your services on websites like Craig's List. Establishing relationships with the families that you babysit for will help you earn more opportunities. You will likely make about $30 to $50 per sitting.
