Pre-cook rice and lentils for chicken mushroom fried rice tonight.
- Juice beets, carrots and apple.
Clean all dishes involved with the above activities. Wash my clothes.
- Fold the kids clothes and my clothes.~~ Got half done!
- Give myself a pedicure~~so desperately needed. It has been quite the challenge trying to take care of personal grooming with only one hand.
- Work out, even if it's only for 20 - 30 minutes.
Organize the spice/vitamin cabinet. It is totally out of control. Create a meal plan for the rest of the week~~I'm a little behind this week!
- Water the plants.
Do the "therapy" exercises with my hand 3 times.
