Wilted Radish Greens with Chickpeas and Tomatoes


This is one of those recipes that you can just use for inspiration.  There aren't exact measurements for everything. It was just a thrown-together dish that is really healthy. 
I have several bunches of radishes with the greens attached.  I used them in this warm, healthy dish! I sauteed half a red onion in a drizzle of olive oil.
  I added a little chicken broth and the radish greens.  The greens cooked a little quicker than I was expecting!  I then added some chickpeas that we had left over, some grape tomatoes, come cilantro I needed to use, crushed black pepper and red pepper flakes.

I think it would have been even better with a little squeeze of lemon and some crushed garlic.

Not a bad start to the day.  I have a lot of greens I need to eat from that last haul.  It might be a green kind of day today.
