FiveFourTen Yoga Mat Strap Makes Carrying Mats Easy!

I love doing yoga.  I like that it makes me focus on breathing.  Sometimes I feel like I go through the day and I just breathe too shallow or end up holding my breath.  It's great to take the time to just be present in the moment not having to think about anything except "being." I also love the peace and calm that I get and the feeling of the stretches.  Most of the time I do yoga in my house, so I don't need to cart my yoga mat around everywhere I go.  But, I love that I CAN take it anywhere easily with this FiveFourTen yoga mat strap.  I was recently given the opportunity to try it for free in exchange for my honest opinion.  All opinions are 100% mine.

I have nothing but good things to say about this yoga mat strap.

The strap is made from a sturdy, thick fabric.  It is well stitched and slides fairly easily to adjust the size of the circle that you slip over the end of your yoga mat.

It really goes to show that sometimes the most simple ideas are the best.  This strap is simplicity at it's best.

To use the strap, you just roll up your yoga mat and stick one end into one of the circles and tighten it. Then you place the other circle at the other end of your yoga mat and tighten the circle.

Then, simply throw the strap over your shoulder and you're good to go.

The strap helps with airing out the mat because your yoga mat isn't stuffed into a yoga mat bag.  It can be exposed to more air.

There are two sizes of yoga mat straps: standard, which is 5 ft. long, and large, which is 7 ft. long.  I received the standard size.  The large would fit larger sized yoga or exercise mats.  The standard currently sells for $7.99 and the large sells for $9.99.  They are both offered through Amazon Prime, so if you have Prime you would get free shipping.  The strap comes in Black, Blue, Gray, Pink, Purple or Red.
