I know I've been missing for several days. I've been working hard to de-clutter and organize my house. I didn't start the year with that intention, but it has happened and it has been wonderful! I've rearranged some things in my house so that my computer can now be in it's own little office space. I did that hoping to be able to be more productive in my different ventures this year. I'm okay if it takes me all of January. It will be a wonderful start to clearing and making way for the rest of my awesome 2017.
Since I do intend to be spending more time at my desk and computer, my back, neck and shoulders get really tight.
I've found a 6 minute stretching video on YouTube that's meant to be done at your desk. It has calming music, it's only 6 minutes long and the girl guides you through each stretch. She shows you the stretch from the front and the side with helpful tips along the way.
Some of you may be good at doing stretches and exercises on your own, but I really need guidance to keep me on track. I actually need someone to tell me "start" and "stop" and "do this one now."
I've added this to my "favorites" on my computer so that I can just click on it and do the exercises whenever I feel that tension starting to take over my neck, shoulders and back.
