Whole 30 Photos Day 15 - 21 and a Minor Setback in my Re-Entry Week

Here are the photos for Days 15 - 21 on my Whole30 journey.  I was super strong for 34 days and eating whole foods.  I even did pretty well for most of last week after the Undie Run on Saturday.  I ate some goat cheese and summer sausage at the Super Bowl party, but other than that I was pretty good.  Until Yesterday.  I saw a bag of Sweetart Jelly Beans in the store when I went to get Ginger Ale for a sicky.  Sweetart Jelly Beans are my Springtime fave.  They only come out once a year at Easter time.  So I caved.  I don't even want to tell you how many I ate.  Needless to say I'm trying to do damage control today.  Green tea.  Salads. Beets.  Grapefruit.  Healthy fats.  Whole foods!  Must eat the Whole Foods to make up for a huge mistake!!!  I'm not kidding.  I ate the whole bag. Not at one sitting mind you.  I ate half the bag while watching a movie with the sickie.  Then I contemplated throwing the rest of the bag away.  But I put it up in my cabinet.  Then after the kids went to bed, I ate the other half.  So yesterday, I ate The whole. flippin'. bag.  Oh well.  That's life and I have to move on.  I don't plan to buy any more this year.  I was actually hoping that I would catch my daughter's stomach virus and puke up the jelly beans just so that I would hate them for a really long time.  That's a healthy attitude, right?    This whole lifestyle change is a process.  We have to re-train ourselves.  We all have to forgive ourselves and move on.  Right now my tea pot is whistling at me to go make more green tea.

Just remember:  One mistake doesn't break your whole lifestyle change.  Get over it and move on!
