Build Up Your Bones

I've been thinking about this a lot lately.  I'm not exactly a Spring Chicken any more.  And I have always drunk way too many sodas in my life.  And I'm thin by nature.  None of these things are good things for Osteoporosis.  Plus, I think I'm going through Perimenopause which is also not a good thing for my tiny frail bones!  And I don't like milk.  Blech!  Anyway, here's a little bit of info from Better Homes and Gardens on things you can do to help beat Osteoporosis.  I did read the other day in one of my hundreds of magazines that eating tomatoes helps with bone health in women.  I'll have to do more research and let you know!!  That would be interesting, because I love tomatoes!
