Fitness Vlog | Learning the Lat Pulldown on Cable Machine

Hey you guys!  I told you guys I'd be back with another Vlog about the fitness machines we've been using.  This week, the trainer was in the building, so we had him show us some new tricks.  Jenn and I have been using the Nautilus machines for about 4 1/2 months now, so we want to start changing it up a bit.  

Dean (trainer) was there today, so we got lots of new ideas for working out.  And we'll be trying to meet with him next week for a new shoulder workout/warmup with dumbbells.  Yay!  I'm so excited.
