Greek Pasta Salad

 I love, love, love Feta.
And any kind of pickled peppers.
So, I love to change up my pasta salads every now and then and add feta, peppers and cucumbers instead of the normal broccoli and bell peppers that I use in my "regular" pasta salad.
Usually I make my pasta salads with whole wheat pasta, but I had some white noodles left over from a party we had.  So, I put all of my healthy thinking and eating aside and used white noodles this time.  You can use what ever kind of pasta tickles your fancy.

You can also use as many of the veggies as you like.  But, these are the amounts that I used.

Greek Pasta Salad
12 to 16 oz. of your favorite pasta
3 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 cup of black olives, sliced in half
3/4 cup of banana pepper rings
3 oz. of feta cheese
bottled or homemade Greek dressing (about 1 1/2 cups)

The recipe at allrecipes is for a huge amount, though.  I scaled the recipe to 10 servings.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cool water to cool off.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Let chill together in the fridge for at least an hour, if you can wait that long!
Enjoy the tangy goodness.

What's your favorite way to make pasta salad.  The variations are endless!
