I had a stout beer left over from our "Epcot World Expo Food and Beer Experience" at our #DisneySide @ Home Celebration.
It's been sitting in the fridge since the party, so I decided to put it to use in this recipe.

For the pulled pork I used around 3 pounds of pork loin roast.
Ingredients
3 lb. Pork Roast
1 bottle of barbecue sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
6 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
8 oz. of Stout beer
3 sprigs of thyme (I used the leaves only)
Directions
Put pork roast(s) in slow cooker.
In a large bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and stout beer.
Pour over Pork Roast.
Pour over Pork Roast.
Put Thyme leaves on top.
Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 - 10 hours.
Shred the pork with 2 forks and let sit in the sauce for about 20 minutes to half hour. Mine was so easy to shred.
I added avocado slices and roasted red onion to my sandwich.
