Meal Plan for the Week & Weekly Goals

I don't even know why I make goals every week! I never seem to be able to get them done.  I will be doing some more Spring cleaning this week and this week. . . . no matter what, we have to walk at least 11 miles for our long walk.  Last week we weren't able to do it because my lower back and hip were bothering me and my friend needed new shoes.  I'm pretty happy that we were able to walk 8 miles on our long day.  The way I felt the night before I wasn't even sure I would be able to do that.  Unfortunately, the rest of the week was pretty much a wash.  I didn't get any other workouts in after that.

Here's what our Meal Plan looks like for this week:

Monday:  Potato Leek Soup, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Rainbow Carrots & Salad
Tuesday:  Stuffed Pepper Soup & Salad
Wednesday:  Chicken Sausage, Broccoli & Rice Casserole
Thursday:  Pork Chops and Asparagus & Avocado w/Mushroom Sauce
Friday:  Fish Sandwiches & Oven Baked Potato Chips
Saturday:  Greens & Beans with Ham
Sunday:  Rice & Bean Enchiladas

Walk 11 miles
Visit 100 other blogs
Spring Clean the Living Room & Master Bath (still!!!)
