Stuck to My Food Budget! Here's What We Got for $54

I've been trying to stick to a grocery budget of $75 per week because I had just gotten way too out of control with spending.  I truly was just not paying attention.  For the past several weeks I've done an excellent job of sticking to my budget.  Last Friday, I spent some money getting stuff for Friday night, so that took a little chunk out of my money for this week.  That trip to the grocery store left me with $54 to spend at the grocery store this week.

Luckily, I still have most of the veggies from our Organic Produce Haul from last week and I'll be using those veggies up this week.  It had 3 pounds of Russet potatoes, which I'll be using tonight and tomorrow night, a head of cabbage~~will use some tonight in stir-fry, 2 avocados, 3 zucchini, a bunch of asparagus, 2 bunches of baby broccoli, fingerling potatoes, grape tomatoes, 2 green peppers, 1 pound of sugar snap peas, 1 pound of carrots, a head of Boston lettuce, small container of raspberries, 1 bunch of curley parsley, 2 lemons, 2 Gala apples and 3 pears.  I got all of that for $30 out of last week's budget.
I spent $54.59 today, which actually means I went .55 cents over!  Not too bad.
Here's what I got and how it fits into my meal plan.

From Giant Eagle, I got for a total of $32.70:

1 pack of Sugardale Hotdogs~~horrible for us I know!  But they're good for summertime and they were on special for 49 cents with the e-advantage this week.
2 dozen large eggs~~had 75 cents off one dozen on my advantage card
19.2 oz. package ground turkey
1 package low-sodium Butterball Turkey Bacon
1 package Butterball Turkey Smoked Sausage (eating Tuesday night w/ Asparagus & Potato Wedges)
3/4 lb. of Beef Stroganoff meat (will cook it with taco seasoning and black beans to make some kind of wraps with tortillas)
1 gallon of 2% milk
1 package of Al Fresco nitrate free apple/maple chicken sausage~~no plans yet
1 lb. of diced ham~~using in pasta salad
3 boxes of Mini Wheats cereal
1 pound of ground chicken~~no plans yet

I also made a trip to Aldi today, because it was near my kids' doctor's appointment today and spent $21.89 on this:

1 pineapple
1 lb. of strawberries
cheese crackers for school snack
4 lb. bag of navel oranges
2 1/2 pounds of bananas
cheese dip/cracker sticks for school snack
flour tortillas for the beef/black bean wraps
crunchy peanut butter
large container of Old Fashioned Oatmeal
38 oz. ketchup

Some of the meat items will flow over until next week and help out with the budget for next week, but by then I will also have to reload all the veggies.

I'm running low on laundry detergent so I'll have to make my homemade version this week.  I prefer to use homemade laundry detergent because it has less chemicals.  But, no matter what any other person says, I think it makes my machine run funny.  Every now and then I buy store-bought detergent just to give my machine a break.  I've been using store-bought for a couple weeks now, so I'll hopefully be fine to use some homemade stuff for a while.

I also might have to make bread on one of the cooler days this week.  I didn't buy any bread!
