Balanced & Healthy Living Link Up Party & Fitness Update 2016 Week 8

Hello!!!  Welcome to my Fitness Update for Week 8 of 2016!  Holy Moly!  Did I just say week 8?  How can 8 weeks have already gone by in 2016?  It's crazy.  Once again, I did not do as well as I would have liked in the past week.  But, I keep moving forward.  I did manage to get some workouts in this week, so I'm not going backwards.  That's a good thing.  I'm not going to say anything about how it was a weird week again.  I just need to realize that "weird" is the new "normal", or probably always has been.  I need to come up with a better solution for timing of my workouts.  A lot of people work out first thing in the morning and get it over with.  THAT is what I should be doing!  Truthfully though, when I can squeeze it into the middle of my day, it's a nice break that allows me to step away from the computer. Unfortunately, that "system" has caused me to get to the end of the nights this week without getting in my workout.  We also had a middle school band concert to attend this week and a third grade square dance to attend tonight.  Luckily, I got my workout in today and that will hopefully kick off my more serious workout endeavors for the next week.

Here are the things that I used to facilitate my workouts this past week:

 Here's what my week looked like (remember I go from Friday - Thursday):

Friday: OFF (had 2 sick kids at home)
Saturday: OFF ( I don't even remember why)
Sunday:  OFF  (again, I don't remember why)
Monday: 17 minutes hula hooping with my weighted hula hoop and 15 minute workout on my stability ball. . . . . . at 8:00 at night)
Tuesday:  I did 50 wall pushups just so that I didn't have to say I did nothing. (2 minutes)
Wednesday:  I did 50 wall pushups for the same reason as above. (2 minutes)
Thursday:  21 Minutes of Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs, 14 minutes of Exercise Resistance Loop Band DVD, 30 minutes on the step, 5 minutes of stretching and 2 minutes of abwork

I only managed to do 108 minutes in the past week.  I had a 700 minute goal for February.  The 108 minutes this past week brings my February total to 528 minutes.  There are 4 days left in February.   That means I have to work out 43 minutes a day on the next 4 days.   I can do it!!!
